For Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi Class): You will need a Club BJJ uniform (kimono and trousers usually referred to as a gi), a Club Rashguard and a gum-shield is highly recommended.
For Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (No-Gi Class): In addition to your club rashguard you will need to wear grappling shorts and spats (both should be in predominant black colour).
For Kickboxing / Muay Thai (Equipment): You will need boxing gloves suitable for sparring, hand wraps and shin-pads. A gum shield is also highly recommended.
For Kickboxing / Muay Thai (Clothing): It is recommended you should dress in t/shirt and black satin kickboxing trousers. Dress comfortably and as long as your bottoms are full length.

Can I pay for my lessons in cash
No, all students are required to have an active Direct Debit mandate. This is to reduce time spent on administration and chasing students for fees. If any student is in financial difficulty, then they should speak to the clubs head coach, Nur, in confidence so we can try to accommodate your circumstances if possible.
Is there a discount for family members
Yes, we operate sibling discount for those attending our children’s classes. Where the children are from the same household and they are all financially dependant on the same person(s).

Unfortunately not. The full monthly fee is due regardless of attendance.

When will I be graded
Brazilian Jiu Jitu only – Grading evaluation takes place constantly and is linked to attendance and performance in class. Also grading can be accelerated by performance at competitions.
