We know that the best way to teach children and keep them engaged is through a balance of fun and discipline. We use various games and traditional techniques to teach the next generation.
Moving on from fun and games we focus more on discipline and practice of technique with additional sparring, while still keeping it fun, to create more accomplished BJJ technicians. Eventually, these teenagers will give the adults a tough time!
We operate MONTHLY membership schemes. Drop-in classes also available.
